  I went in this morning to use the printers. I stood for at least 5 minutes and nobody looked up from what they were doing to talk to me. Finally I went and asked the woman what I needed to do. She gave me short one or two word instructions that didn't work. When the machine wasn't taking my card, she irritatingly came over and set up the computer to work for the day. (it was never activated) Then while I am being charged the internet wasn't working, so again I walked over to her and said the internet isn't working. So she told me to log off. I asked her to come help me assuming i would need logged back in. But she just shut it off and walked away. When I asked her if she was restarting it (while she was walking away) she snapped and said her internet at her register wasn't working either and she didn't know what I wanted her to do. A simple, "oh sorry ma'am, none of the internet in the building is working" would have been sufficient when I told her the internet on the computer wasn't working in the first place (or even before I started charging my bank card for time!). I haven't been in here before and was thinking about buying a printer/copier there. But I wont be going back in.
