  Same deal, liats liars liars! I was a Samsung rep for that store and you would think they wouldn't want to damage rapport with a rep that visited weekly, WRONG! They put us on a promo that didn't apply to us but they assured us it would. Karen (who couldn't think her way out of a straight line maze) was the one who finalized everything, laughed in our faves when we came back to complain! Unprofessional! Unqualified! Uncaring and Unapologetic! You're better off at the Chippewa Sprint store! These morons shouldn't be allowed to sell penny candy!
