  This bridal store has the worst service I've ever experienced. I am an out of town bridesmaid. When the bride selected the gown, I called to find the item number. To see if I could find it close to where I live. They gave me their store item number so it was impossible to know which dress color was correct one to order. I cave and set up arrangements for them to mail the dress to me (at a $15 fee). At the end of July, I called and asked if the dresses had come into the store. I was informed that they arrived 3 weeks ago, but nobody made a call to me. They had my address and credit card information on file and just let my dress sit there. They informed me it was up to the bride to call the bridal party. This gave me only 7 days to get my dress altered in time to fly up to Pittsburgh. This will be the 12th wedding I've been honored to be in the bridal party and half I have been an out of town bridesmaid. Never have I ever had to call the bridal store and ask them if the dress has arrived. Since they were aware I was out of town and had my information on file, I expected them to call me and let me know that the dress was in and they would charge the card on file and mail the dress. Initially the fee to ship the dress (when it was ordered) was $10, then in July I was informed it was $15. The dress was $30 overpriced at their store, but offer free alterations. Since I live out of town, I had to pay for my own alterations. I called to see if I could get a courtesy steam (since the dress was mailed to me) and they informed me that no, they would charge me an additional fee to have the dress steamed. HOLY MOLY, never in my life have I dealt with a more unprofessional store. This store is all about nickeling and diming. If I were you, I'd go to a location that understands and delivers customer service.
